Many thanks to the ESL Literacy Network for the opportunity to be a guest blogger over the past four weeks! It was a wonderful experience. I was excited to blog about literacy and reading, and I am thrilled with the results. Thank you to everyone who read and posted on the blog. It was very powerful to have such positive feedback and to hear what amazing activities and ideas you have for your classes and learners. The dedication to literacy learners that was evident through the blog is inspiring and commendable.

Do you regularly use music in your classroom? Or are you not sure how to get started?
Whatever the case, you won't want to miss the Network's blog over the next three weeks. This month's guest blogger is Beena, a Bow Valley College ESL literacy instructor and music aficionado. Once a week, Beena will share her passion and expertise on using music in the ESL literacy classroom. Check back on Wednesday to read her first post.
