In the Bridge Program at Bow Valley College, a Goal Setters Club was facilitated every two weeks to support short-term goal setting. At every session, learners assessed and reflected on a previously set goal, set a new short-term goal and shared their new goal with the group of learners. Learners who participated in the Goal Setters Club were Phase II and Phase III ESL literacy learners. |
